I do see them at the Associated in Forest Hills. And some of them are as entertaining to look at as the Wal-Mart shoppers. High taxes in NY support the BENEFIT card culture. |

I did see a Mexican family at Wal-Mart pay with traditional food stamps, but I've never seen anyone with those wonderful green BENEFIT cards seen in Rego Parkistan and Forest Hills. There was a big story about Wal-Mart reporting abuse ... |
